My DD is 13 mos and I am due in 4 months. I expect both kids will be in diapers for at LEAST 8 months or so after the new LO arrives. I want something gender neutralish, large enough to be a diaper bag to two kiddos and purse to me, durable and still cute. What do YOU have/recommend?

Thanks?

Re: Diaper Bag durable and roomy enough for 2u2?
I use the same one I did when I just had DD - a simple, black Coach diaper bag.
I found that by the time DS arrived, I barely ever carried a diaper bag anymore for DD. I just kept something in the trunk of my car with a change of clothes, diapers, wipes, and a snack. I would only pull it out for days where I knew I would be out and about all day long and not going back to my car much (zoo, long day of shopping at the mall, etc).
So when DS was born, it wasn't too hard to fit in things for him becuase DD doesn't need much anymore. I just had to go back to carrying burp clothes, a few pacis, and a nursing cover. Not tough at all to fit. I don't ever carry more than 3 diapers for each child in my diaper bag.
My Coach bag seems to fit your requirements. It is well organized, large enough for both kids, and I use the front zipper pocket for my wallet, keys, and phone. Easy peasy
.
I just bought a Timi and Leslie Charlie II and LOVE it. I have no doubt it will hold everything I need for both kids (will be 1 year and 3 weeks apart in age), and I like the look, too.
As pp said, I also keep a bag in the car with things like lots of extra diapers, extra burp cloths, etc.
Thank you. We did family pictures for our Chirstmas cards in Coug gear during the fall. This was one of my favorites.
