Nipple relief

I'm 23 weeks pregnant with my first child.  My nipples are dry, flaky, rough, and itchy.  Most times they're sensitive, but it's the first 4 symptoms that irritate me the most.  I already have some Lansinoh Lanolin cream, but the box & all my internet searches say it's for breastfeeding, and obviously I'm not breastfeeding yet.  Can I still use the cream NOW?

Re: Nipple relief

  • Of course you can. In fact, I think that's the best thing for nipple issues whether you're pregnant OR breastfeeding!

  • i've been having the same problems.  i have smothering my whole body in shea butter and its helping a lot.  i rub it on the in morning and it is keeping me relatively itch and flake free.
