Yep day 1! Not sure how, but I actually lost 1.2 lbs after my load days.
The food is SO boring! I made the mistake of going to Wal-Mart with my mom today, and of course she was loading up on pasta, cookies, and pretty much everything that is good!
But, I'm really not hungry! Eating slow fills me up fast.

Hahahahaha! Total mistake going shopping with your mom. I love it.
That's good to hear that your hunger isn't bad. That's great news in fact. I find my weakest times are at night...so I try to go to bed as soon as LO falls asleep, because I've found myself standing in the pantry just drooling over all the food I can't have.
I even created a list for all the things I can't wait to eat...just so I can remind myself that the day is coming!
You're right, the food really is boring. But I have found some good recipes on that HCG Forum website. I made Curry Chicken Salad and a cabbage cole slaw which were pretty good.
You can also have Kool-Aide....just the flavors of Cherry, Black Cherry, Lemon-Lime and Strawberry. Just as long as it doesn't have the maltodextrin. Then you add Stevia as the sweetener instead of sugar. Just keep adding the packets to taste.
The first 3 days are the hardest, but you can do it girl!
