I feel like a bad mommy :o(

I put Abigail down for her nap. She wasn't happy about it at all. About 5 minutes later, she was crying hysterically, which she does every now and then when she doesn't want to go to bed. Well, I come upstairs and smell poop. I look in her room, she's fast asleep, but poop is all over her bed and her back.

( Poor thing. I feel horrible!!

I have totally done that before, especially when Adam is going to bed at night. I will finally get annoyed that he is still running around after an hour and the second I walk upstairs I can smell poop. I always feel so bad too.
