Little Lions VS GMD??

Obviously GMD prefolds are extremely popular for prefolds, but how do Little Lions stand up to them? I don't want to spend extra money for GMD when I can get the same use out of the LL's. We're using them for the newborn stage only, so I won't need them to honestly last forever either. And sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't get the search box to work right for some reason. Thanks!!

    I haven't used GMD so I can't compare them for you but I've used LL for my LO and love them.  We have them in preemie, infant, capri and premium and they work very well.  The preemie are VERY thin but at that point (we used them the first few days home) they are peeing so frequently that you are changing often anyway.  The infant ones were too big at first but worked within the first week IIRC around 7 lbs.  We sometimes used the preemies as doublers in those for long naps but it wasn't necessary.  Now he is 16 months and fits perfectly into the capris I do sometimes double up but they hold about as much as a MEOS with the snap in doubler.

    I think I was the only one who wrote the LL review anyway :)   I think there are a lot of reviews of them over on diaperswappers.  Thats what convinced me to go with them.  That plus there was a big seconds sale (and I can't tell the difference at all between the ones I got as seconds and the regular ones) so I couldn't pass up a deal

    LLs are slightly less absorbent and you'll need to fold over the extra length, but they're useful and inexpensive, especially if you get seconds.
