tummy problems?

 My 2 week old is currently on Similac Advance and has been good on it up until the past couple of days. Hes gotten watery diarrhea (urine like) and VERY smelly (adult like) gas. Other than those 2 things he has no other problem with not wanting to eat or being too fussy. He has his 2 week check up this Wednesday and I do plan on asking his pedi but I want more personal advice. Any of you ladies have this happen to your baby?
