forming a business?

I know I SHOULD see a CPA to do the business formation...  but really, it seems easy, fill out forms online, pay 200 and done.  or am I missing something?? I already searched the name etc.

Fill out licensing forms...  easy...  I think... 

really, amd I missing something?  Its an LLC with NO office space per se.,..

    You should really look into business insurance as well.

    Depending on which city you'll be practicing in, some cities require a business license in addition to your state one.  Seattle does...

    Taxation is different depending on what type of entity you have, so you need to figure out whether an LLC is going to be best for you tax-wise.  Have you considered an LLP?  Once you know which type of entity works best, filling out the forms with the Sec. of State is pretty easy.

    Thanks Ladies....   I think I know my answer.   Call the cpa and attny and make appts  :)   I've got some good referrals, Im just dragging my feet.
