10x13 picture frames

Where an I buy these "over the counter"? I really do not want to pay for custom frames for 13 pictures.

    Michaels Art and Craft Store sells them (I work there so I know that). We have some that we also bought at Walmart. Believe it or not, it is a fairly common size so you can find it most places.

    You could also get a bigger frame and make the matte 10 x 13 instead.

    I got a really nice, black (unmatted) 10x13 from Walmart. I've also seen them at Kohls.  It is definitely a hard size to find a nice frame for, which is why I don't understand why (that size print) it's always a part of those photography packages!
