What's this called?

I've seen several mothers out and about with this large looking blanket. They use it when their babies are sometimes sitting in an upside down high chair in restaraunts and when sitting in a grocery cart. I don't think it's a regular blanket because it looks like it's specifically for a proctective/comfort purpose.

Does anyone know what this is called or even what I'm referring to?

It's a shopping cart cover. BRU sells them, as do most baby websites (including Amazon).

We have the Floppy Seat.

Sounds like a shopping cart cover. Try googling that or check Etsy to see if that is what you've seen.

We have a Buggy Bag, it has padding in the middle to go around the middle where the legs go. I love it, it also is big enough to fit Costco/Sams carts!

Is this what you're talking about? It is a shopping cart/highchair cover and is sold at Target, Walmart, Babies R Us, etc.
