YES!!!! I have been getting cramps in my feet if I walk any little distance without my sneakers on, and I keep waking up with charlie horses and hamstring cramps every morning around 3
Ugh...yes....I have gotten charlie horses in my calves. Not fun at all when you are woken up by them & you can't bend over to massage those things out!

I had really bad charlie horses with my last pregnancy. My OB told me to take 1200mg of calcium supplement every day, and I didn't get them after I started doing that.
The past few days I have had aching legs though. It's not really in my muscles- it feels like it's more in my bones and joints. Not sure what it is, but it's very uncomfortable...to the point I actually took Tylenol for it yesterday.
I just had my first charlie horse this weekend it it was awful. It woke me up from my very rare deep sleep and I still feel the pain a few days later. Hope I dont experience that pain again! I also have pain in my joints/muscles in my legs when I am in bed - causing many sleepless nights. I stocked up on oranges and bananas - and pray that helps!!
