Alternative for Tend Skin

Does anyone know of a pregnancy-safe alternative for Tend Skin?

Without it, I got awful red bumps after waxing. I thought maybe my aesthetician was being overly paranoid by telling me she wouldn't use it on me or even sell it to me while I'm pregnant. Then looked up ingredients and apparently it has aspirin in it. 

So now I'm looking for an alternative that does the same thing. Know of anything?

    I use my husbands aftershave gel after waxing at home, shaving - or even plucking my eyebrows. It cools & helps prevent ingrown hairs on his face & seems to do a great job for my more "sensative" areas
