I have written a ton of posts asking for help with tummy time, and he still won't do it. He still doesn't roll over or mini-push up. I guess my little guy just wants to skip crawling all together and start with walking. His favorite thing to do has been to stand for a while now. This morning while I was trying to take pictures of him, I took this snap shot (I was sitting RIGHT next to him) and then he let go and stood all by him self for about ten seconds. My little boy is growing up way too fast! Ah!
Re: Can I show off my stand-er? (PIP)
He is SO FREAKING CUTE. OMG. I wish Remy did that.
Don't feel bad. Remy didn't like tummy time till he could roll over. Now I can't keep him off his tummy. Or he just rolls over and over and over again.
Now if I can only get him to sit up....
Congratulations!
My daughter didn't like tummy time either when she was younger. She didn't like being on her tummy until she was able to roll onto it by herself. She started standing a couple of weeks ago too and it freaked me out the first time she did it. I thought she was going to face plant into the floor, but no.
I agree wholeheartedly: they're growing up too fast!
The two men in my life. Oh, and I have a husband too...
He is so adorable! The pic is sooooo sweet and his outfit is too cute for words - seriously!!
My mom told me that my brother did not crawl and went straight to walking. He just took steps one day, out of the blue so you never know, maybe your DS is like my brother was.
He is such a cutie!
It took Juliana the longest time to finally roll over and she still hates tummy time. But I wasn't worried about her since she loves to stand and she loves to "walk." If we hold her hands or hold her under her arms she will put one foot in front of the other and walk places. It's cute. I figure she will probably skip the whole crawling stage and go straight for walking as well.

Adorable!! I love his little outfit!!
This is good to know. Maybe my LO will go right to standing because she hates tummy time with a passion. When we put her on her tummy, she just lays there with her arms stretched out, face on the blanket, and cries. She refuses to even attempt any sort of mini push up.
For this child I prayed, and the LORD has given me my petition which I asked of him.
