boy name help (3rd baby; sibling names included)

Our older children are Owen (boy) and Aubrey (girl).

We do not know this baby's gender but we have picked out a girl name (Leah Caroline, after my grandmother). However, we cannot seem to come up with a boy's name, and we would appreciate any suggestions/input.

If it is a boy, the middle name will be Joseph (family name on both sides). We have a last name that starts with a B, so we do not want any first names that start with B. Also, our last name is quite a feminine word, so we want a boy's name that is clearly for a boy (nothing possibly gender-neutral).

I've been to a ton of naming web sites, nymbler, etc. but just haven't found the "right" name yet.

Thanks for the ideas. I love Adam! I have run it by DH before (he had vetoed), and I just did again, and he made a face. Silly DH.

I also like David and Scott, but DH does not. What a PITA he is.

Samuel and Carter are NMS - not sure why, since I think they would go well with the sibling names, but they just don't click for me.

We can't use Will because our last name is a verb and it just sounds weird.

We both come from large families where we already have Patrick, Robert, Nick, and Nathan.
