Poonami Question for CD Moms

When I have a major explosion with breast milk poop, the stains get really caught up in the gussets.  Do you think I should soak before washing?  Can I use Oxyclean or anything?

    I dont know about oxiclean but i sometimes willrinse and on wash day make sure i sun that part of the cover and the stains come right out. Hooray for leg gussets. My super pooper will get on the cover frequently buy the covers do great keeping it inside...much better than my pockets or aios do sometimes.

    That happens to our BGs. I'm not sure if I can even do a soak though since we have a front loader. I'll have to check!

    We do a quick cold wash and a regular hot wash, and have no stains.

    I tried an OxiClean power pack, and all it did was make the diapers smell weird, so I had to rewash.

    I agree with PP- don't try oxiclean- it doesn't help. I read that lemon juice and the sun on a nice day is your best bet. the sun gets the stains out every time!
