I don't need your humor, Drug Store Lady

I ran into CVS yesterday to grab some saline drops and gripe water.  Mind you, I was running on 4 hours of sleep...in 2 hour portions...and honestly, I have no idea how I had my shirt on right side out.  At the check out, the nicest southern woman was all smiles.  We exchanged hellos, and then she started making this stupid little jokes as she was checking out.  I giggled, but yeah...just scan my CVS card and ring me up, Scotty.  She finally goes, "OOOHH!!  Gripe water!!  I bet you have a lot of grumpy people at your house?  HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!  That's what we all say when we see women coming in buying gripe water.  GET IT?" 

Oy vey!

    Oh man, I got so sick of those "humorous" comments towards the end of my pregnancy...  I haven't been out much yet since DD was born but I would be irritated by it too!
