Sinuses Draining..what is safe to take?

My sinuses are killing me..i have just been dealing with it so far..but what can I take? or I've never tried the netti pot..should I do this first, if anyone here has tried it with success? looking for any advice!

I swear by my neti pot! I have major sinus issues and the neti pot was my lifesaver during pregnancy.

I also go to a chiropractor regularly and the adjustments keep my sinus problems at bay!

I'd use a neti pot. Also, when I'm congested or have sinus pressure I swear by putting my head over a pot of boiling water with a towel over it. It completely clears me out. Good luck.,
