it bothers me so much!  I've read that you just have to wait it out but I can't stand seeing it on my LOs face!  If your baby has this, is there anything that you are doing?

    My daughter had acne from about 4 weeks to 7 weeks and then her skin completely cleared.  I would just wait it out.  My son now has it, and it doesn't look great - but I know it will get better soon.

    Ditto. My dr said just to clean his face in the morning & afternoon. I also have been using aveeno eczema body wash and lotion and have seen an improvement. The dr also said the grease in the breast milk can cause this so not to worry.

    All of this. We have had to keep using it to keep DD acne away.
