Help Bump Gods

I have already emails customer service - with no answer.  I really want to update my siggy but the old is not coming up when I go to it.  Any help?  Please????

    Well, I retyped everything but the returns still don't work.  I would still love some help!  Thanks!

    It took customer service 2 days to reply and it was fixed with my new siggy. Now I can update it whenever I wish. Hope this helps.
