  I lost my plug the day before and had some irregular contractions. With my first two I lost my plug 9 & 11 days before labour. But with all of my babies, labour just started *BAM* in the middle of the night, with contractions really close together. Good luck. Hope it happens soon for you.

  My body started "cleaning itself out" on Thursday night (and continued up until Tuesday, yuck!) I had my bloodyshow on Friday. Contractions started Sunday night and continued through Tuesday. I had my doctor's appointment on Tuesday at 40w 3d and she decided to admit me and give me meds to soften my cervix because there wasn't too much progress. I'm sure if I would have waited it out, I would have went into full labor on my own in the next day or two. I just couldn't take it any more and was willing to start induction.

  June 2010 - IVM
  July 2, 2010- BFP Beta July 5th - 931 Repeat beta July 7th - 2,779
  July 13, 2010- First ultrasound! Gestational sac found!
  July 16, 2010 - 2nd u/s due to bleeding. Twins found! Baby A is great! Praying for Baby B!
  July 23, 2010 - 3rd u/s. Saw Baby A's flicker of a heartbeat! Lost Baby B. :-(
  March 16, 2011 - Nathan James was born
  November 26, 2012 - surprise BFP! It's a girl!

  I had bloody show about two or three hours before I went into early labor. I lost my mucus plug shortly before my water broke, sending me into active labor.

  Ditto this. I did lose my mucous plug that week though, as well as having a stretch and sweep, and both did nothing to kick start labour.

  I wound up being induced because I was already 5cm and contracting regularly (though I couldn't feel these), but my system was flushing itself out the two days prior to this. Otherwise, no MC but there were streaks of blood in my CM for a week or two prior, as well.

  I had my membranes swept Monday, bloody show started Wednesday morning, contractions became more painful throughout the day and woke up in early labor early Thursday. Claire was born at 10:35 pm.

  I started having irregular contractions a week prior.  They were different from BH in that they were more painful and radiated from my back to my lower abdomen, but I knew it was false labor because I would only have about 4 or 5 of them and then it would stop.  On the day DS was born, I started having the same type of contractions but they didn't stop; instead they kept getting longer, stronger, and closer together.  Even so, I was not "convinced" that it was real labor until I lost my MP 14 hours later!  At that point I went to the hospital and I was still only 3cm dilated.  But I quickly progressed so I got to stay and have my son!
