good deal? yes or no. (craigslist ad)

I need opinions. Does anyone think that this is a good deal? I hadn't really thought much about a glider but with an ottoman it looks nice. I wrote back to ask if there are any stains or scratches and asked where they got it. I also asked if it was comfortable. I will see what they say but it seems pretty cheap to me. Thoughts?

    It's from Wal-Mart, and they are $139. So, price-wise, it is a good deal. Some of the reviews aren't great, but overall it is rated well.

    It looks really nice! I agree with pp, don't commit until you get to look at it in person (and take someone with you) & you might be able to get them to come down in price a bit. I recently bought one off craigslist for $50. I really just couldn't justify paying $200 or 300 for a glider. I know a lot of people do, but I'm just not in the position, that $$ could be put to better use for baby. If you can get one second hand, why not IMO. Many times people don't use them for long then put them in storage, so they are still in like new condition. Good luck!

    after the crib, a glider is the one piece of furniture I would never do without in nursery. I would look up the retail price if what the PP said was correct, I would want to pay like $50 for it used.
