If one more person..

tells me to have sex to start labor I seriously think I'm going to go off the deep end. YES I know that having sex CAN start labor, I don't need to hear it from my mom and everyone else. It drives me insane. Its like oh yes, because I am pregnant inquiring about my personal sex life is totally fine!

And if my mom and dad say one more time to hurry up and have Madelyn because everyone keeps asking THEM if their grandchild is born yet, I will probably just start going insane. Its like twice a day I hear this.

I'm trying to be nice but its getting really really difficult.

    I agree!  I'm getting the same thing from EVERYONE!!!  I finally vented to my Mom and now my parents are being great.  They keep telling me not to stress because he will be here when he's ready and there's nothing anyone (except the Dr) can do to get him here any sooner!  FINALLY!  Someone with common sense!

    I only have had that suggested to me by one person, but man, if people keep asking me if I've had the baby yet I'm going to lose it.

    These aren't people who are distant to me, but close friends and family. People who would obviously get a call right away should things start happening!Angry

    I completely agree.  My mom tells me all the time that DH and I need to be having sex every day so LO comes out.  That is really not something I want to hear from my mother! she also calls me multiple times a day to see if I have started feeling any labor signs yet.  And apparently all of my friends have been texting/calling/facebook messaging my BFF asking her if I have had the baby yet and she has of course said no but she has informed EVERYONE that I am going to be induced on Monday. I really didn't want that info out there so we weren't bombarded with texts and calls Monday while we are at the hospital.

    Ah I feel your pain! I would be a little peeved too if everyone knew my induction date.

    I was just telling a friend how glad I am that those days are over. Close family members would call everyday and ask, "Feel anything?" Well obviously if I did don't you think someone would have called you?!! It got to the point that I would not answer the phone when people called.... I would HIDE from them! lol

    Good luck... your little ones will be here before you know it!

    Um, try having your MIL tell you that, with her fist pumping on her palm exclaiming "All you need is some good, hard sex!".  Really?  That is what got me here in the first place, I know all about it.  MIL on the other hand has never had any children (DH and BIL are adopted).  SO, dear MIL, keep your thoughts, fist pounding and opinions to yourself.  I can't find a comfy position to sit, stand or lay down, but I will be sure to have some good, hard sex so you can stop waiting.  I am thinking they may get a VERY late phone call when we are at the hospital for that one!  :)  And I do LOVE my MIL, she is normally sane, but that was too much for me.

    I thought I wasn't going to get this one, but I got it at work on Thursday and from my SIL yesterday.  My SIL was super creepy about it too.  "Tell my brother to do a good job!"  If that doesn't give you the creepy crawlies, I don't know what would.  I can barely walk without cringing from the pelvic pain, so sex isn't on the agenda.  Sorry.
