if so what is glutaral in? just curious my sister just found out she is allergic to it

    are you sure you don't mean gluten? gluten is in wheat, barely, rye, and oats (unless is specifically says gluten-free oats). 

    so, she basically can't eat like bread, pasta, pizza, etc. Plus, gluten is often hidden in all sorts of things like soy sauce, ketchup, ice cream, vinegar.
