Anyone else 40+ weeks?

Please tell me I'm not the only one.

It's been a rough day. LO is still an inside baby, my parents had to leave without meeting him/her, and I'm finding it impossible to sleep. DH had to deal with my complete emotional breakdown this morning.

Hopefully others are handling this better than I am. Labor dust to us all!

Only 1 day past but I'm still here. Still no contractions or early labor. Going to have dh try some acupressure points from YouTube tonight. I've read good things.

Not yet, but over 39 weeks and had a breakdown when once again I was told NO PROGRESS! I thought today for sure there might be some progress, something, a little. I did have to get bloodwork done, that was fun. And I cried when I got there, poor nurse, I was so frustrated!

Yes, 40 weeks and 4 days as well, and no induction til 42 weeks. My son was 15 days late and it sucked, I don't want to go through it again.

I think I have everyone beat...41 weeks today and not getting induced for another full week! I had a breakdown this morning when I didn't feel her moving. We spent the morning in L&D and found out that everything is ok (thank God) and we are still playing the waiting game until next friday. I am trying to just tell myself that my daughter is being born next Friday and that way if she comes any earlier I will be happy, but it is really hard. The weekend is not going to be too bad because I had two friends over tonight and our families are coming over for a game night tomorrow, but the week is going to feel like forever! I never realized how hard this waiting game is. Good luck to all of us!

I'm still here. My doctor won't induce me because of my previous c-section. I'm hoping he comes soon so I don't have to have another one.

I am with you too! My induction is scheduled for Tuesday so I am just being patient and reminding myself he can't stay in there forever. The worst part for me is that inhale been home from work for 3 weeks already! For me, that is too much time with too much time on my hands.

Yep still no outside baby for me either. DH and I also just came down with strep which is great (please note the sarcasm) I have an appointment on Monday and will be induced either Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning depending on L&D room availability. So I know the end to bumping into everything with my belly and accidentally kicking/stepping on my super clingy pets because I can't see the floor past my belly will soon come to an end. And I will soon have my LO in my arms!

Hoping for butter births for us all !

Me. My DD#1 was late also. I was induced at 41 weeks and it took 3 days of induction for her to finally come out. We're just going to wait it out this time to not risk any of DH's vacation time. =( It is increasingly difficult to funciton on a daily basis with DD#1 around. =(

I'm 40 wks 3 days. My LO was supposed to come early (37 weeks) so I feel like I've been waiting forever. I was supposed to work up until last Friday, but had to leave early because "the baby will be early." I was supposed to visit some relatives but didn't because "the baby will be early." Now he's late and my OB isn't back until Wednesday (I'll be 41wks). If he's not here before she gets back, she says she's going to induce me. I've already had 3 membrane sweeps with no luck (apparently I was a perfect candidate), so I can only imagine how much fun an induction will be.

I'm just 1 day behind you-- 41 weeks today. Had 2 membrane sweeps over the last 2 days, but so far nothing to show for it. I'm about 3-4cm/80-90%, so it doesn't seem like it should take much to get labor going, but for some reason it hasn't. I'm using a birthing center, so they're not going to induce (by sending me to the hospital) until 42 weeks. I sure hope he comes before then....
