Enfamil AR

If you use this formula did it help with the spit up?  I think DD has mild reflux.  Its not bad enough for her to cry but she spits up a lot.  She also chokes and coughs and often times is uncomfortable looking while she eats.  Did you talk to your Dr about making the switch or did you just do it?  Thanks!

Re: Enfamil AR

  • Hi we have used a few differnt kind of formulas for our LO and we have been using AR for a little over a month.  Our pedi suggested it for his spit up and to keep him fuller longer.  We are so happy with the AR not only did it eliminate the spit up it also seems to keep him fuller longer and it seemed to have helped with his bad gas (gentlease and similac sensitive made it worse).  I hope this helps!  PS if you make the switch you might want to use a faster flow nipple than what you are using now due to the thickness.  Good luck

We use the Similac version and it has helped with reflux and spitting up.

The Similac version is Similac Sensitive for Spit-Up.
