If you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say anything at all.  

 

I feel the need to speak up here! I am the person who posted yesterday that I am the same weight I was when I delivered DS. It was hard to write and I was looking for help. I happen to have a fabulous support system at home. For some women, the Bump is a source of support and comfort and "judging" others for not accomplishing what you think you have is unkind and rude. I am not sure what the purpose of posting it was other than to stir the pot.

(I don't normally let posters "get to me" but I thought I'd speak out on this one. It's an open forum...say what you like)

    I agree that it was a ridiculous post, but you can't really say "It's an open forum...say what you like" and "If you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say anything at all" in the same post.  LOL.

    Don't let it get to you. A faceless person's opinion on a message board is worthless. It was clearly done to "stir the pot" as you said.

    I missed the post but I haven't lost any weight yet but for the past few weeks I've started going to the gym 3-4 times a week and I'm not really slaving over the scale so I don't know what's the latest weight. As long as I'm going to the gym, I can't be hard on myself.
