small red, slightly raised bumps on belly?

Anyone notice this appearing on their little one? My DD has this on her stomach and it's rarely noticable until after bathtime.. and it gets a bit raised and slightly rough.. any idea? I know I know- ask the pedi.. but thought i would see if anyone else has seen this?

 

Oh and I thought perhaps heat rash.. but it's been in the 30s here.

    She does have eczema in the summer time.. but we haven't seen it much in the winter. I may just give them a call and ask them. thanks!

    emmie has that & dr said it was eczema.  He gave her an RX at one point b/c it was all over, but she's fine now.  I use aveeno creamy bath wash & lotion, unscented laundry det.   I'd try the the bath wash & lotion first to see if that helps.

    Thanks! Thats exactly what they said.. well that it's probably the eczema.. I asked them what they would suggest, and they said try hydrocortezone to see if they works for a week and to use either a different bath soap, or no soap in the bath itself. Said try for a week to see if that helps.. so thats what we will do!
