My doctor said that it's totally fine to keep drinking coffee as long as I keep it to two cups a day.
I have switched to half caff.. and I'm just wondering what others have decided to do.
I used to drink a travel mug (equiv to 2 cups of coffee) of regular coffee every day.
Now i'm drinking a travel mug of half caff every day.
Has anyone else gotten the okay to have coffee from their doctors?

I stopped which is soooo difficult. I am a Starbucks fanatic. Unfortunately I had to give up for the first three months because we did Fertility treatments and PG is risky. Doctor did say after 1st Tri, that I could drink one 8oz cup a day. My thoughts were, why start then when the cravings for coofee are over.
If I had a regular PG, I would still be drinking it. Just not as often.
I don't ever drink coffee but I am still drinking soda and iced tea. It's all about moderation.
