DS hasn't had a bottle since Tues morning and has been doing fine. Today he hasn't had any milk yet and whenever I offer it, he takes a drink and then spits it out. Should I just give him a bottle, or try to wait it out. He just ate lunch so he might not be that thirsty but he needs to drink some milk, soon! TIA

Re: Help! Bottle weaning!
If he has been fine without a bottle, don't give him one. Our pedi said to instead offer more cheese and yogurt products.
If it has just been today I wouldn't worry about it. If it starts becoming a habit and lasting for days on end I'd go back to the bottle.
Did you check the expiration on the milk? Maybe is went bad early?
It's fresh, we just got it.
I put milk in DD's sippy cup during meals. She gets thirsty while eating so this is how I get her to take some milk. The rest of the day while playing she has no problem drinking water from her sippy but doesn't care to drink milk while playing.
Also like PP, if she has had less milk that day, I make sure to include cheese and yogurt.
