Happiest Toddler on the Block?

Has anyone read this? I'm looking to get a new book on discipline and trying to deal with tantrums and fits. Any other suggestions? TIA!

    My SIL did these the baby and the toddler one. She loved them.

    I read it and I'm not so sure about the 'caveman talk'. Maybe I just don't understand how to do it. It is definately an interesting theory and my DH does it naturally with DS so it works for him. I don't know though I'm still up in the air about it.
