I got bangs and I think my DH isn't attracted to me anymore!

I had my sister ct some bangs for me a few days ago and didn't tell my DH as a surprise to him. When he walked in and saw me, he said, 'Oh, got a cut?' I told him just bangs, and he asked if I liked them. (Duh. Why would I get a hairstyle I didn't love?) Anyway, I asked if he liked them and he said he has NEVER liked bangs, but he might come to like mine just because they're on me. Not the answer I was looking for, but oh well.

Since then, he hasn't even kissed me or hugged me since. Maybe it's a coincidence and I'm over-reacting. I'll post a before-and-after pic tomorrow, but I just needed an outlet. I NEVER had ANY idea he didn't like bangs! I've had long side-swept bangs before and he never said anything, he liked that style on me. Granted, I haven't had blunt eyebrow-length bangs since I was in middle school, but they look good on me, I needed a change, and since I'm not happy with my body right now changing my hair is a quick way to get some satisfaction with myself. I wish he liked my new look as much as I do, but it kind of bothers me that it seems what attraction he had for me before (physically) is suddenly gone.

Booooooo. Booooo!

    That's annoying! Maybe, though, it's something else and you immediately think it's the bangs because that's what you changed? Maybe he's just stressed or something? I do think that cutting blunt bangs is one of the biggest changes you can make, so maybe it'll just take him a bit to get used to them. I'm sure they look great!

    Since when do men know about style?  They're just creatures of habit. He'll get used to it.  I mean if you can bump in the morning looking like crap certainly he'll get used to you with bangs.  Everytime I make a change DH says he won't like it but then he gets used it & prefers it!

    Last time I asked DH what he thought about me getting bangs... I got a look, just a look.  I want them REAL bad but I'm afraid he'll be turned off.  I may just do it anyway :)
