Party room?

I'm looking for a party room that can hold up to 50 people, is in St. Paul and allows alcohol. I'd rather not do a party room in a restaurant since I'd like to bring my own food. Any ideas??

    The local community centers usually allow alcohol.

    Check the park buildings out too - usually they will allow alcohol for a small permit fee - and many have kitchenettes in them.
