That's what I started doing - just having a water bottle with me at all times and if I noticed it was still full after two hours, I'd chug it and refill.

I drink aboutt 90 to 120 ounces a day but I also nurse and notice a drop still if I don't do that much. It sounds like a lot but I have a 32 oz water bottle I try to fill 3 or 4 times.
I was so good about this when I was pregnant, usually getting 10 glasses in each day. Now I'm lucky if I get 5, unless I'm exercising really hard and am more thirsty. I think I need to cut back on the coffee a little.
I used to only drink like 24 oz. too, but since I started Weight Watchers I drink 8- 8oz glasses, so 64 oz. It's extremely difficult for me to drink that much though!
Re: How much water do you drink a day?
Water? About 8 oz.
Coke Zero? About 32 oz.
School year: between 60-80oz
Summer (camp): between 80-90 oz on hikes it is MUCH more.
I think I was a camel in a former life.
