We bought one. While I haven't used it with two kids, I have cruised around the house with my toddler as a test drive. So far, so good. Love: Massive basket, very lightweight, pretty compact fold, fits through a standard door, basically dlat recline. Only thing I wish was better was the parent console. There is a cupholder, but that's it. I am going to look into adding something else on, but not a huge deal.
take this with a grain of salt b/c it's been awhile, but when we were looking for a double almost 3 years ago (I carried ds in an infant carrier for a long time before buying a double, my kids are 19m/ apart) I had a single peg pliko... I saw a woman at a park with this double (peg aria). she warned me to NOT GET IT. she said it was a PITA... it sunk in in the middle, it was a pain to maneuver at the playground.
we went with a phil & ted sport with jumpseat. We've loved it. we rarely use it now, but our kids are now 3.5 and 5y/o... they prefer to walk... but I do have pics of the kids in it this past christmas in times square. it's held up. and from what I've seen on their site... the newest models improves on the few flaws that I'd list as my cons. also britax has a similar style double.
I ordered it and it seems to fit our needs. It fits my graco carseat with no extra adapter, it has a huge basket, and it has decent canopies. My son fits fine in the narrow seat for now, and will move over to the large seat when we don't use the carseat. It also folds flat and stands up on it's own.
I also have a BJCM single, and while I like it, there are many areas that fall flat for me. The basket is CRAP on the BJ, I can't get anything in it. With two kids, there is no way I would be able to store enough junk in it, and trust me, I don't bring a lot of stuff. There is no cupholder on the BJ, you have to buy a separate console. (the PPAT cup holder isn't that great, but it would hold my water bottle on our walk, etc). The BJCM has terrible back support for my son and I had to jimmy-rig the harness so he could lean forward while strapped in.
Now, don't get me wrong, I love my city mini, but I didn't think I needed another one for a double. I can always wear LO#2 if I want to use the CM. But, I wanted the option of a double for walks around the neighborhood with our dog so I wouldn't be completely exhausted. For the price, it's a pretty decent stroller. It seems sturdy and if you take care of it, it should last.

We have the regular aria twin (not the 60/40 split) and I really like how light it is. We don't use it as a daily stroller (we have a city select because I find that tandem's work best for us) but we use it when we go to parks etc. It's light, compact, easy to fold and lift and maneuvers well. I love my CS, but if I had to get a side by side, this is the one for us
