Sorry, I just had to let this out...
AHHH!!! I already have stretch marks and I am only 19 weeks!!! NOT COOL!!!
Ok I feel better... Now... I have been reading that chamomile and lavender oils can help reduce the marks.
 True or false? Anyone have an home remedies they have that worked? I am not in America and will not be until after May, so the marks may be well all over by then
 So I am hoping to recude them now before I can no longer try.
I am active (at least always on the move unless I am sleeping) and eat pretty healthy (i gotta cave sometimes on the cravings) so I know its not the diet/exercise thing.
HELP!!!
 TIA!!
Re: Blah... (rant?)
I've been told that Vitamin E will help prevent stretch marks so if you can find any creams or lotions that are rich in this vitamin it might be worth a try.
I don't have any as of yet and my doctor told me that I would only get them if my Mom did. I'm curious to know if there is any truth in that... do you know if your Mom got them when she was pregnant with you?
This. I got mad stretch marks with DD, but they fade, they really do, and then they're not really noticeable to others at all. Just apply some cocoa butter to help your skin heal and maintain its elasticity and, after your baby arrives, just wait for the darn things to fade.
// I love you too. //
I've been using Palmer's cocoa cutter/ Vitaman E lotion. Yes she did get them, however she said that she didn't really get them with me (her first kid) so I was hoping I would luck out
I am in Okinawa. I am going to go to one of the Okinawa OB/GYN clinics and see if they have anything. I just hope they understand what I am asking for
