Does anyone have the Peg Perego Aria Twin stroller?

I'm looking into side by side double strollers.  I know that the city mini double is highly recommended (but it is at the very top of my price range) and there are many others out there that may be better, but I can't justify spending the money on them.  I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this particular model?

    I had the Aria (single) with DD and hated it. imo it was way to small and just wasnt what we wanted. So we gave it to my Mom to have at her house and we got another one. GL!

    copying and pasting my reply from when someone asked about this one before. and definitely read some reviews on amazon for it... it's really not that great. also, check out this website, they have great deals on baby jogger. i ordered my city select from them

    i had a double one for a little while when i was babysitting a boy who was close to dd's age

    here's my view of it...

    the double doesn't fit thru doorways easily. it does fit, but you have to come at the doorway straight and the door has to be wide open. 

    it doesn't handle rough terrain well. it's best to use in stores or strictly on the sidewalk. it didn't even handle going thru grass very well.

    it is compact when folded, it folds down flat and it's easy to collapse when you have the handle bar totally unlocked. i had a few instances where i had to fight with it to get it to collapse because the handle bar didn't fully unlock and there was no easy way to tell it didn't unlock, you just had to grasp the feel of it.

    also the "cup holder" was crap. the hook for the cup holder screws into the handle bar and it would fall out constantly.

    i wouldn't purchase it new (like i did originally for $285 Sad). but if you're getting it on craigslist, i'd spend a lot of time checking it out to make sure it's really what you want.

    ha! totally didn't notice you already had albeebaby up there lol

    if you're going to spend that on an aria, spend the extra couple bucks and buy the baby jogger... hands down

    thanks for the info and the review : )  That's what I was trying to figure out...I want the city mini double jogger, but it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but if I can get a 2010 close out I may be able to convince DH!
