+OPK on Femara, and follie check tomorrow? Should I call RE?

I wondered if I should call my RE's office about a +OPK I got this morning... I assume they'll just want me to keep my appt for follie check tomorrow, and we'll see what we see?

I *told* them I O early on Femara. Grr... It's only CD10 today.

I would. When I was doing an IUI, I had special instructions (trigger that evening and go in for the IUI the next morning) if I surged, and different instructions trigger on schedule, IUI 35 hours later) if I did not.

We're not doing IUI, just TI... I guess it wouldn't hurt to call anyway. Thanks!

Are you triggering? If you are triggering you should call as you may need to give it tonight. Last month, I went in for follie check and my b/w showed I was about to ovulate. I had to do the trigger immediately and the IUI was done only 12 hrs later. I know you are doing TI so definitely have sex tonight and tomorrow so you don't miss the O! Good luck!

ETA: this also happened to me on CD10...

Thanks! I called and they wanted met to come in for an u/s.

I usually do trigger, but it looks like I have one 17 and one 13 and some smaller ones... A nurse did the u/s and will talk to the doctor. MH is bringing me another OPK to check again, but they're pretty reliable digitals. If I get another + I'll let the doc know and they'll tell me what to do.

Im wishing the best for you, I would have intercourse tonight & tomorrow to cover the basis anyways. Will you go in tomorrow for another check? This is WHY you needed to be early in case this happens but cd 10 is kinda early to ovulate but I remember being cancelled on the femara cycle because by time I went in "it's too late and oh try next month" the nurse said! That is not what you want to hear. Maybe he will monitor you better when you are ovulating this early.

Thank you. We're going to get busy all weekend. Wink I'm also going to do another OPK to see what it says.

I have a 13 mm and a 17 mm and some assorted littler ones. They wanted me to come back in for b/w (to confirm the LH surge, I think??) and maybe get a trigger shot to use over the weekend but I can't miss a whole day of work with no notice. Not sure if I'm going back for my scheduled u/s tomorrow or not...

They will check your estrogen levels usually about 200-250 per mature follicle. So are you doing just femara this month, no injections? I had my injections called into Schrafts Pharmacy but I believe they can give you script to take to the hospital pharmacy, it's just a lot of $$. I was OOP for my meds too. Did you end up talking w/Dr. K about monitoring you more when you do injections?
