    Weekly Questions

    1.How did your week go? Okay. I was on my period, so I gave into temptation some. But I also worked out like crazy and I also only went over my calorie allotment one day! Most days, like yesterday, I was a few hundred under my calorie allotment, after I factored in exercise calories!
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I haven't weighed myself yet for the week. I changed my weight day to Sunday. That way, I have an entire week of workouts in. I also need time for all the period bloat to go away! ;)
    3.How much are you down total? 13 lbs. I am pretty proud of this. 8 of them were in less than 30 days.
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? My fitness goals are going great. I ran a 5K yesterday that felt like a dream. I wasn't even tired at the end of it. I also did my first Body Pump class (cardio weight lifting/circuit training). It was HARD. I am so sore this morning. I haven't been this sore in months, if not years!
    5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). I don't this week, no.
    6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I changed my calories on myfitnesspal again. I want a little more dramatic results, especially since I am putting in so much work. So my base calories are down to 1500, instead of 1600.

    1.Does anyone have any good ab workouts that can be done at home with no equipment? There is a great one on Power90 (Tony Horton is also the creator of P90X) called Ab Ribber 100/200. It doesn't take that much time, but it is really hard and effective!
    2.What are some quick, low-point lunch ideas and breakfast ideas? I don?t have time to make things and then I just don?t eat.
    3.How much water do you drink a day? I drink at least 3 bottles (16 oz each) of water a day. Ususally more.

    1.How did your week go? The last 2 weeks have been good.  I haven't lost a ton of weight but am down non the less.  I left WW, it wasn't working for me and I totally lost interest.  I LOVE My fitness Pal.
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I'm down, barely.  I think I am fluctuating because my body is confused, which is good because that means eventually it will just come off.  
    3.How much are you down total? 15.2lbs since January 10th, I'd say that is pretty farking good!
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I've been doing really well with exercising, I set up on MFP to do 4 25 minute work outs a week total of 500 calories burned but I've been doubling it.  Which makes me feel good!
    5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 is great, I bought it last week and have done it 5 times.  I was dripping sweat and shaky after level 1. 
    6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? This week I tried to eat more clean, and less fu fu coffee drinks (haven't had ANY this week).  I've kept my calories at 1300 as well. I'm trying to find a place where my body is most happy.  But I'll probably up my calories next week and see if that changes anything.

    1.Does anyone have any good ab workouts that can be done at home with no equipment?
    2.What are some quick, low-point lunch ideas and breakfast ideas? I don?t have time to make things and then I just don?t eat. Light and Fit yogurt is low in pts, add some fruit to it, and Go Lean Crunch and it's yummy filling and full of fiber (keeps you fuller longer).  I've eaten this for lunch and Bfast.
    3.How much water do you drink a day? No less than 72 oz (half my body weight) but I aim for 96 oz. I use a 24oz reusable iced drink cup with a straw, so if I drink 4 a day I am up to 96.

    Weekly Questions1.How did your week go?   I've really just started.  I've been doing Zumba and some other casual workouts occasionally, but this week I decided to kick start my plan.  I did my own version of DYAO on Monday with sit-ups and push-ups, Zumba on Tuesday and yesterday was my first day of C25K!
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? Down, but just by one pound, however, I did not weigh myself until yesterday and before that not since I was pregnant.
    3.How much are you down total? 1 pound.  Woooo hoooo!  ;)
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going?  I hate water, I really do.  And I love pop.  So in an effort to cut back on those empty calories I try to drink water even when I'm not thirsty, that way I don't get thirsty and crave a pop.

New receipe(s) to share?  n/a8.  Question(s) for next week?  n/a Your Questions1.Does anyone have any good ab workouts that can be done at home with no equipment?  I do an exercise that seems to have different names depending on who you ask...sitting down lean back to about a 45 with your feet in the air (I cross my ankles for stability) then with your hands together (gripped in a fist or holding a small dumbell for weight) move your arms as far left and the as far right as you can.  Start with sets of 10 reps each, working your way until you can increase your sets.
    2.What are some quick, low-point lunch ideas and breakfast ideas? I don?t have time to make things and then I just don?t eat.  DH and I just made some hard cooked eggs to keep in the fridge.  They can stay in the fridge for about a week still in the shell, so we made about a dozen and we can each grab a couple for breakfast.

    3.How much water do you drink a day?  Not enough but I'm working on it.  Right now I only drink about 2 glasses at the least 4 at the most.

    As for the water thing, do you like the Crystal Light or PowerAde/Gatorade/Aquafina flavored individual packets? I get really bored with water, but I am not really a pop drinker. When I need a little pick-me-up drink, I will add a packet or half a packet to my water. I will also fill my water bottle up with half a small bottle of Gatorade or Vitamin water and fill the other half up with water. I need a little flavor from time to time. This is a good way to cut the calories, but also get the flavor you're craving!

    I'll have to pick some up!  I used to use them a few years ago (I think the Crystal Light ones) so I'll have to get back into the habit!  Thanks, I had forgotten about them!
