  Just got DD Hello Kitty rainboots in XS (5-6) from Target for $16.99  They also had boys ones too. Old Navy has some cute ones too, but they were out of DD's size

  I went looking for some today and everywhere i went they were on clearance. I wasn't able to find any boy ones in the right size. On the off chance I found the right size (at 1 store) they were girl boots. GL! I will need to start looking sooner next year.
