Anyone practice yoga or pilates? NBR

I'm an extreme beginner, but can anyone recommend a good DVD for yoga or pilates.  I really need some form of exercise that I can do in my house.  TIA!!

    Pilates is great! I have a couple from the series of DVDs that are called 10 Minute Solutions (or something to that effect...) I usually get them at Target.

    I have a couple Winsor Pilates DVD's and a couple other cheapies but I rarely use them.  For me, I need a class otherwise I slack.  But, I also have the 30 day shred which I used before my wedding and just started back with and love it, as much as I can't stand to listen to Jillian's voice.
