Anyone else have any superstitions?

I am already thinking about how to share the news with the grandparents and saw some really cute cards on Etsy that have a bird nest with an egg in it and a mama bird and a papa bird and underneath they can customize it to say " The "So and So" Family".. I was planning on buying them and putting our u/s pic in it for the g-parents in a couples of weeks when we get our first u/s / first appt done.
But.. I am scared to jump the gun and buy them until we know for sure.. is anyone else putting stuff off like that on hold or are you jumping in both feet first?

someone posted a sale on a 0-6mths snowsuit on one of the boards, and I should buy it, but I wont. It is way too early and to me that is jinxing it.
(if anyone is interested, it is only at Gap CAnada $29 for $79 snowsuit)
I personally plan on telling our family early (we actually already told my IL's and my SIL and plan on telling the rest of my SIL's tonight and my parents on Saturday). We told early with DS#1 too so I dunno...it just depends on how you feel you would deal with it if anything went wrong. I personally know I would want the support of my family if something were to happen so that is why we tell early.
As for putting an U/S pic in--are you sure you will be getting an u/s at your 1st appointment? I didnt have any u/s done until I was 20 weeks along. Many OB's dont do them until the anatomy scans at 20 weeks. Just a heads up!
Yes.. my doctor is going to be doing an u/s at my first appointment.. and thanks for the tip in regards to having the support in cases God forbid something goes wrong.. at this early of a stage.. I know I would at least try to reduce any added stress/pain on mom specifically bc she has gone throught a lot since my dad passed and with her own health problems.. again hopefully nothing bad will happen so we won't have to cross that bridge...
