I just started a fitness website for moms and moms to be and I am wondering what types of fitness info you are looking for. I need ideas to blog about and want to write about the questions that most moms and moms to be have.
Do you need more help on what exercises to do? What is safe? Workout guidelines?
Any ideas?

I checked out the Fit Kit- the products look good but $170 is really expensive! She says you save $100 by buying them together but I find that hard to believe. You can go to a Ross or TJMaxx and get the balls and bands very cheap. Fitness dvd's are pretty cheap on Amazon.com. But honestly, any exercise is good so if the kit helps you get active then go for it.
