Our 1 year visit was hellacious. B received the Hib, MMR #1, PNU, Varicella, HepA and the finger prick for the lead screen. What was worse? It was the only well visit I went by myself to. DH still owes me for that one.
So... if he had all of those, the only things that were left-

15 mos: DtaP and a 2nd flu shot for us
And 18 mos: HepA #2. That was it.
It amazes me how much variance there is between pediatricians' offices when it comes to this! I guess I should expect at least one and see what we end up with.
Kel, sorry about that visit! I can see that you are still scarred a year and a half later!
I was thinking the same thing... I would've been fine if it wasn't for the finger prick. B had never bled before, and well, let's face it a bandaid on any finger doesn't stay well... let alone a tiny one. He was inconsolable, and he's a daddy's boy. So yeah, not my finest hour. We did survive.
(I think the real rub is that he was on "business" in Disney World.... yeah, sure... )
At C's 18 month visit the only thing he was due to get was the HepA. We declined and while we are not ones to say no to vaccines and are all for vaccinating our pedi totally agreed with my reasoning. Carter was heading to his last Hematology appointment 2 days following the 18mo pedi visit and nobody wanted to risk messing with his blood counts at that point. We'll most likely take care of that vaccination at his 2 year.

"on business" in Disney? While you suffered through vaccines? Wow. I'd say he definitely owes you
Re: 18 month well visit - shots?
Yup. Hep B, DtaP, and IPV.
Hit post too soon.... Good luck - hope little man does ok.
