So bad at taking vitamins!

I have never been good at taking pills or vitamins every day.  Hence why I did the NuvaRing when I did birthcontrol... 

They need some type of vitamin release system in patch or something.  Because I am so bad at remembering.

    Amen to that! I could have written this post myself!!!! I don't know what I'm going to do about birth control once the pelvic rest has been lifted since we're bf-ing!

    If it's any consolation.  I'm the exact same and used nuva ring for the same reason and just birthed a healthy 9.5lb baby boy that is thriving!
