Have you seen this job posting at the SCCA? https://erecruit.fhcrc.org/Erecruit.htm The Job # is TH23669. I vanpool with somebody in that department and it has been a difficult to fill job.
Jen - Mom to Jillian (10/2008) and Hayden (4/2010)
Thank you for the referral. I have heard that they have unreasonable expectations for this position (work==pay). I should apply, though, and just see what's up. Can't hurt.
Thanks!

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
The gal I vanpool with is doing the job right now and will train the person. If you are at all interested I could put you in contact with her before you apply. I'm sure she'd be pretty up front with you. I had also vanpooled with the gal who quit the position, so I have heard that it is not an easy job. Email me if you want at jcyahne@yahoo.com

I've also heard that Seattle Genetics is hiring a QA person although sadly I don't know anyone there. I've heard from my old professors that its a good place to work.

I use to work there, and left on good terms (to stay home with Tman). The trouble is the commute is a KILLER from Federal Way. It is a good place to work, though

Cool! Then can I pump you for information? I know they've grown a lot recently, but do you know how big their Drug Metabolism/PK department is or how it is organized? We might want to move back to Seattle some day and they are one of the companies on my list.
