That's my favorite recipe! They're so easy and even my DH likes them (he hates peanut butter, go figure). Also, I'm trying to go gluten free (per the reco of a non-western fertility specialist) so these cookies fit the bill! I add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and a little vanilla. Go ahead and double that recipe. You'll be glad you did!
Here was a recipe for Peanut Butter cookies using cake mix I saw online that I have wanted to try. You should have everything on hand. It only has a few ingredients.Let me know how it turns out. I often use cake mix cookie recipes and they usually turn out super tasty.
