  • mmmmm, what about peanut butter blossoms. (I know they are kind of a holiday cookie). I just use the premade store mix, roll the dough in balls and then roll them in sugar. Bake. then when they come out plop a hershey kiss on top. DELICIOUS!! and easy! :)  I may have to go get the stuff to make them tomorrow, good thing I deceided to not give chocolate up for lent!! :)

That's my favorite recipe!  They're so easy and even my DH likes them (he hates peanut butter, go figure).  Also, I'm trying to go gluten free (per the reco of a non-western fertility specialist) so these cookies fit the bill!  I add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and a little vanilla.  Go ahead and double that recipe.  You'll be glad you did!

  • Here was a recipe for Peanut Butter cookies using cake mix I saw online that I have wanted to try. You should have everything on hand. It only has a few ingredients.Let me know how it turns out. I often use cake mix cookie recipes and they usually turn out super tasty.
