EPO....how much? I know this has been asked before...I apologize

Just trying to figure out how much and when? I am looking at 1300 mg and 500 mg. Which one am I supposed to take, how often and I believe it was from AF to O, right?

    1500mg is plenty. Take at night until O, don't take after O it can cause uterine contractions in pregnancy which is harmful in early pregnancy. It can and most likely will take at least 2 months to see a difference.

    Thanks you do not need to answer if you feel this way. No my cycle is not over yet but it will be friday or sunday and I have a feeling I am not KU this month. I am preparing for next cycle...nothing wrong with that at all. And what does it matter to you what symptoms I have to why I need EPO...I did not realize people needed to have symptoms to feel the need to take it.

    Well then you obviously haven't done your research on epo. It can do more harm if you don't need it. You have a good looking chart and you are overboard on the fishing posts. Seriously. Prepare for next cycle....next cycle.

    I am very lacking in CM which is what caused me to ask. But although I was not trying to fish, because like I said I feel like I am out...I guess you are right and I will worry about all this next cycle. Which is like 2-4 days. Maybe I needed the slap on the face.
