  Well, this isn't really a "CD" or "radio" but they have this "fake" CD players at the Dollar General for like 5$. DD LOVES IT! She also loves music and dancing. It comes with 3 "CDs" to change (however, it also plays music even without the "CDs") it also has a little shoulder strap (optional use) You do have to press the buttons to make the songs come on, but DD loves it! Might be worth a try? Not very expensive if it doesn't work out.

  My mom got DS this for Christmas and he LOVES it.  You can "apparently" drop it down the stairs and it will still play.  No joke, the 5 songs that came programed on it make him giggle and dance like crazy.  I haven't even had to put our own mp3s on it yet...this entertains him plenty.

  We have the Fisher Price FP3 player and they all love it!  It gets thrown, dropped and jumped on and it still works perfectly!
