NBR: having dirt or mulch delivered

in Cincinnati Babies
We need to have a load of dirt and possibly mulch delivered.  Anyone have a recommendation?  We live in Lockland which is pretty darn central in Cincy.  Also, when I call for estimates what terminology do I use?  I've never ordered this stuff before!

    Do you have a sense of how much you need? They should be able to help you. You can order by the scoop or the truckload.

    We have used Ohio Mulch in the past and had it delivered by the scoops. They just dump it in your driveway or wherever you tell them. It is cheaper that way but can be more labor intensive since you have to load your wheelbarrel and haul it to where you need it. They have a website where you can order it or you can call. www.mulch.com

    My husband delivers dirt/mulch as a part of our business.

    You will need to know things like how big of an area are you trying to cover and how deep; whether you want one or both as they are used for different things or at least be able to tell whomever you contact what it is you need it for. HTH  :)
