freezing hands...

I'm not really sure what to do... I keep the house between 70-73 degrees.  Avery sleeps with her hands above her head and hates mittens.  Last night when I got her up, her little hands were like ice cubes.  I felt terrible and I spent our feeding time to warm her little hands up. 

 She's napping right now and I I went and checked and again her hands are freezing.  I tried moving them under a blanket and she squirmed and put her arms right back over her head...

GEEZ... any suggestions???

    We have several of the convertable gowns that have the sleeves that you just flip to cover their little hands. We also use a swaddleme b/c AC always scratches her face now matter how often we file.
