question about 6 wk checkup

Hi moms,

I just had my 6 week check up today. All was good:)

Im not going on any b/c so i was sure I wouldnt have to go back to dr for atleast 6 months, but they told me i need to go back for a check-up in 8 weeks

anyone else?

    I had my 6 week today, I had a CS, but she said I looked good- was given BC and do not have to go back to the DR anytime soon- why do you have to go back?

    yes!!! thank you ladies! you all reminded me that its been a year since my pap. which is crazy when i think about how that was the last time i was at my dr before i got pregnant and when i go this may ill have a 3 month old! time really goes fast!

    that seems odd that you have to go back. Usually you only have to go back for your yearly exam.
